This policy explains how onlinemba360.com ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By submitting a form on this website, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
onlinemba360.com is an online MBA admission counselling service operated by MBAFrog Web Services, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are not a university and this is not the official website of any university.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, city, the universities you select, and any messages you send us (for example on WhatsApp).
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the website or ad that brought you here (including UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), and cookies or similar technologies set by us and by our analytics and advertising partners.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the Online MBA report and guide you requested.
- To have admission counsellors contact you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about online MBA programmes, fees, scholarships and admission.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of our forms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit our form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see section 10). Withdrawal does not affect processing already done before it.
5. Who we share your information with
- Partner admission counselling firms: we share your contact details and the universities you selected with one or more partner admission counselling firms, who may contact you about admission. They are required to use your data only for admission counselling.
- Service providers: companies that help us run this website and contact you, such as web hosting, email and WhatsApp messaging, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google, Meta and OpenAI). They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.
We do not share your personal data with anyone for purposes other than those described in this policy.
6. Cookies and advertising
We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to understand how visitors use this website and to measure the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google, Meta and other account settings.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data;
- ask us to erase your personal data and stop contacting you;
- withdraw your consent;
- raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of your death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. When you ask us to stop contact or erase your data, we will also inform the partner firms we shared it with. We aim to respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled storage and restricted admin access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

11. Children
This website is meant for adults (18 years and above) looking for postgraduate education. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
